Bungalow Rules

ART. 1 RESERVATION

The reservation is personal, not-transferable and it represents a free contract between parties. Every communication regarding the stay must be written (e-mail or fax). Bungalow reservation is from Saturday to Saturday, or from Sunday to Sunday during medium or high season, otherwise during other periods reservation can be made for the weekend only. The Management staff has the right to provide the accommodation at his own discretion. The reservation becomes effective when the Management receives the data regarding the payment by bank transfer or postal order; the payment required is 50% of the amount of the total stay. The data must be sent within 24 hours (on working days) or within 48 hours (on public holidays), or else the reservation shall not be considered as valid. If the data do not arrive within those terms, the Guest will lose the right of his/her reservation and he/she will never be refunded. We heartily recommend you, after receiving the confirmation of your reservation, to check carefully the date of arrival and departure, the personal data and all other details. In case of cancellation of reservation the Guest will not receive his/her deposit.

ART. 2 REGISTRATION

When Guests arrives at the campsite they have to show their valididentity cardorpassport and the papers of any members of the group.

ART. 3 PAYMENT

After check-in the Guest has to pay the total amount of the stay in advance. On the contrary the Management shall not give the bungalow/mobile home key. If the guests are fewer than the number indicated in the reservation, the Management will ask the payment as showed in the reservation. If the Guest leaves earlier than expected no refund is provided.

The Management does not accept cheque.

ART. 4 DEPOSIT

On arrival a deposit of 200,00 € is demanded, as deposit to warrant a prompt compensation of the possible damage caused to any housing units. This deposit includes the supply of a card for the bars in order to go into the campsite by car and the bungalow/mobile home key. This deposit will be given back to the guest on departure, after the entitled staff checks the bungalow and the restitution of the card and of the key.

ART. 5 DOMESTIC ANIMALS

The Management reserves a right to accept small dogs inside the housing units, prior to an additional deposit of 300,00 €.

ART. 6 ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

Key delivery time is from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm on arrival. The time can be postponed till 00:00 pm, prior to a written communication (e-mail or fax) sent by the Guest to the Management; if no communication is forthcoming, the bungalow/mobile home will be considered free from any previous arrangement between the Management and the Guest, so it will be at Management disposal.

Key restitution time is at 10:00 am on departure. Departure outside this time must be previously arranged with Management, on the contrary the deposit will not be refund.

Housing unit must be returned clean and tidy. On the contrary, after checking it, the amount of 50,00 € will be deducted from the deposit.

ART. 7 HOUSING UNITS

All housing units have the kitchenette with coockery, fridge, light, warm and cold water, wc and shower. They do not have towels, bedclothes, soap, toilet paper.

ART. 8 PROHIBITIONS

Minors are not acceptedunless they areaccompanied by at least an adult. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside bungalows/mobile homes. It is forbidden any kind of activities which can make a noise during thebreak time (from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm) and during the night (from 00:00 to 08:00 am). During high season cars and motorbikesare forbidden during silence time and at night. Cars and motorbikes must be parked in the parking spaces inside the car park, whose access is controlled but unattended. The vehicles of transgressors whose means of transport hamper the circulation or the parking of other vehicles can be removed.

ART. 9 CARS/ MOTORBIKES

A second paying car park must bearranged with the Management at the moment of reservation. No-authorized vehicles cannot enter into the campsite.

ART. 10 TAXES AND EXTRA

Rates include electricity, water, one car park and VAT, but other facilities and extras are not included. Extra must be paid the day before the departure.

ART. 11 Rescission of the contract

The Management reserves a right to withdraw from the lease unilaterally if the Guest disturbs the peace of the campsite or in case of serious misdeed done by the Guest towards the Management or other Guests housed in the campsite. In case of rescission of the contract the Guest loses the total amount of money paid, which will never be refund.

ART. 12 COMPLAINTS

Any kind of complaints has to be lodged to the Management's staff, who will do his best to remedy to the unexpected inconveniences occurred.

ART. 13 RESPONSABILITIES

The Management and the staff are not responsible of theft or loss which can occur in the campsite, of damage in case of temporary lack of gas, water, technical fault to the system, caused by accidents due to natural phenomena such as wind, rain and so on, the fall of branches, pine cones or other parts of plants combined or not with atmospheric phenomena , of the presence of any kind of wild animals, for accidents caused by Guests, their equipment or moving means.

ART. 14 PRESERVATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT

In order to preserve the environment, the Management asks their guests to respect the following rules.

Preservation of the ground:

it is forbidden to dig any kind of pit or hole in the ground;

it is forbidden to do servicing (for example to change oil or oil filter, etc.) on guests' cars inside the campsite;

it is forbidden to use drinking water to wash motor vehicles and verandas;

it is forbidden to bring chemicals or harmful products to people or environment inside the campsite.

Respect of nature :

it is forbidden to hang groundsheet from one tree to another;

it is forbidden to remove plants, to cut barks, branches, to damn flowers and plants that grow in the campsite;

it is forbidden to drop hot water or detergents on the ground next to the plants;

it is forbidden to change soil conditions;

it is forbidden to light a fire directly on the ground;

Rubbish/urban waste:

it is forbidden to leave garbage or cigarette butts on the ground.

Rubbish must be trashed in the rubbish bins, taking care of separating urban waste from the recyclable one (paper, paperboard, glass, cans).

Transgressors will be asked to refund the damn and they will be expelled from the campsite.

ART. 15 PRIVACY

Any information regarding the Guest will be used exclusively by Camping Dal Pino staff in order to keep in touch with the Guest. It is forbidden the publication of Guest's personal data to every person who is not an employee of Camping Dal Pino. The staff has to attain to articles of Law Decree n 196/2003.

Every guest who enters or makes a reservation accepts this regulation.
